  • Ship features with unit tests covering key business logic for confident, maintainable deployments.
  • Author API documentation in Stoplight and build internal tools in Retool to support operational workflows.
  • Serve in on-call rotation, triaging customer ops reports and escalating critical incidents to the right domain owners.
